I was going 80something but he said he'd do me a favor and put me down as 80 to give me a break. Not sure what the speed limit actually is but I did just realized that March isn't a good month for me

Nope, he got pulled over because the Trooper was intimidated by Mike's manliness.

It was on the Pennsylvania turnpike. 83 in a 65 but he cut me a break. Instead of giving me a speeding a ticket, which would give points and increase my insurance costs, he gave me a ticket for "not obeying posting speed limit sign", which is somehow a non-moving violation. Total cost for the ticket was $111.

You are SO lucky dude! We can do traffic school here so that it doesn't give you the points to increase your insurance cost BUT...my last ticket, similar sped, with fees,fines and traffic school was almost 500 dollars
