LOL, that's exactly what I was thinking.

The whole "you're body is getting rid of it so it must be bad" theory is completely false. If you read a little about it there is supposedly a lot of nutritional value in it.

Not enough for me to give a swirl that's for sure.

There may be nutritional value in it. However, is there MORE nutritional value than just eating/drinking regular food? I doubt it since that's what it once was. I doubt it GAINED in nutritional value as it passed through your body.

As a survival method - fine. When you have other options - no way!

It wasn't too bad. I added some into a salt water flush this morning. More mental than anything.
