Why? What benifits is there? I know if you are dying of thirst you can drink it to survive, but as a routine?

My friends father did it for about a year. He gave me a "book" on it. It was interesting but not enough to "go there" that's for sure.

Supposedly the first urine of the morning is the most beneficial. It's much more accepted in other countries then it is here in the US. I believe that Cumo guy did it to...
