I had company so I didn't end up buying the PPV, seems like maybe that was a good thing what with all the UDs and the way the Silva/Sonnen fight went.

I would have loved to see DW running after Forrest though.

Definitely worth paying for the ppv tonight. I thought Chael would win for sure after that first round. Silva showed a lot of class and defended his belt. Goodness what a great night spent with family members for our 16th anniversary.

Honestly think anderson is entering the twilight of his career... Also think chael kinda got unlucky after falling for that spinning back fist... Classy by both fighters afterwards though... Wonder if chael gets back in character after a few months and starts calling out anderson again

When Chael whiffed on that spinning elbow and landed on his butt, you could see the look on his face that he knew he just messed up. Great stuff.

He looked petrified when was sat on his arse waiting to be hit, was great to see.

Was slightly worried after the first round but nice to see Anderson finish the fight early.
Not sure what it means for Chael as he seems to be a solid number 2 In the division (although still think he lost the Bisping fight) but has now lost twice to Andy can't see how they could market a third fight. Which kinda leaves him as the gatekeeper for title fights

I missed it too, Bonnie. I had my kids in my bed last night so we watched a movie instead. I seriously thought about buying it but then didn't want to worry that I'd be throwing that much money down the drain. I haven't been happy with a PPV buy in a long time.

I was at the fight and it was awesome. The undercard was pretty bad, a lot of decisions and not much action. I was starting to worry that the only fights that might get a finish were Le/Cote and Silva/Sonnen....glad I was wrong!

It was a good time, the crowd was crazy....very big Brazilian fan base. I will post pics later when I get time!
