It has begun...

I'm going legit! I have had in my possession, (il)legally perhaps, every UFC PPV at one time or another. Now that I'm a big boy with a big boy job & making kinda big boy money, I figure it's time I start spending my money on the sport I love to much.

I have decided that I want to build myself an MMA library. I went to Amazon.com & built a slew of wishlists:

• UFC PPV DVDs
• The Ultimate Fighter DVDs
• PrideFC PPV DVDs
• King of the Cage DVDs
• Misc MMA Org DVDs
• MMA Instructional DVDs
• MMA Workout DVDs
• Gracie Instructional DVDs

Between those 8 wishlists, I have marked at total of 271 DVDs with which to start my library. Of course, that list will grow as the UFC keeps putting out DVDs & I'm not sure if I'll ever fully complete this library, but it's a fun goal. It took me a couple of long evening putting all this together, so as a reward to myself, I figured I'd buy myself the first 3 items on the list:



Now my plan is to spend June doing "30 UFC in 30 Days"!

Man, I wish I could! I'm afraid that there's little or no hope, though. There's a reason they called the SEG days the Dark Ages!

As someone who didn't and regrets it, I am going to urge you to SAVE YOUR MONEY. Build a savings to buy a house or at least buy a car without financing. You can do this because it is pretty cool, but 10 years from now, you'll look back at all your "wasteful" spending and wish you had saved.
