I still don't know what he's crying about. If Jon Jones refused to fight him out of friendship, that would mean Rashad gets no title shot. What a moron!

This is too ridiculous for words. If you want a title shot, you have to fight the champion. Jon Jones is the champion. What's he supposed to do, give up his title for you?

Sounds to me like somebody NEEDS to be "in Rashad's ear" telling him to stop saying this crap in the media because he's losing fans over it and only comes off looking like a whiny, pathetic loser.

I suppose once he loses to Jones, he'll be in the press talking about how the "feud" and how badly he was treated affected his mental game. Whatever.

So it's a "cry me a river" consensus! Wow, I don't know if I've ever seen so much agreement in one thread before!

He needs to let all that go, it's done. I like Jon Jones, and I'm sure he's the favorite to win, but I may just root for Rashad. I didn't care for him for a long time, but when he coached TUF, he began to win me over. We'll see how he handles himself before and after this fight. Hopefully, no more whining!

You're right, he needs to drop the "poor me" crap and start acting like a winner, and just maybe, he'll surprise us.

Sometimes I hold on to hurt feelings too long and need a kick in the butt too!

I actually used to LIKE Rashad! Especially after he coached TUF against Rampage. But this whole deal has really soured me on him.

I'm a fan of Jones and have been since he started, so I'd be rooting for him regardless of this feud. But now it's almost that I'm more rooting AGAINST Rashad than FOR Jones.

Considering he went to a decision with Davis, I didn't think Rashad looked that great against him. I mean he moved well and all, but to me, looking good in a fight means you went in there and got the job done without leaving it up to the judges.

Rashad isn't whining, he is simply telling his side of the story. He's obviously taking this fight personally due to the past issues he's mentioned. That's not uncommon.
