Thanks, JB, yeah that *is* annoying. There was an obnoxious Oakland A's fan in the late 90's and early 2000's that used to bring a drum to the games and play it non-stop when we were up.

Not in any kind of awesome drum solo beat, just bang, bang, bang...bang, bang, bang...bang, bang, bang... for 9 innings.
Oh yeah, I get it....

Except you are talking about Oakland and not Africa....

I would take that snare drum and....whatever....you get the point....

As long as it blends!

Not me personally cause I dont Like Baseball. Soccer just a lil bit but I remember going to games with my Grandpa and cousins when we where little

Dana is stupid talking SH!^ about soccer! He is just mad that MMA will never be as big as Soccer!

Soccer is the biggest, most popular, most watched sport in the WORLD!!

Am i the only person who thinks that Dana just says stuff to get under peoples skin? How many times have we heard him bad mouth a fighter only to turn around and be friendly with him once he signs with the UFC or once he no longer has a need to be angry with him.

One thing is boring and another thing is for the athletes to be talentless like Dana stated.

I hate Golf, Baseball and Hockey. To me they are the most boring and painful things to watch yet I know that it takes Talent, Practice, Dedication and a lot of work to do what they do.

Anyone who thinks FOOTBALL is easy has never played at any sort of competitive level. It is incredibly hard and the best in the world are as fit and skilled athlete out there. Doesn't he like the NFL? please most arnt even in shape to play that 'sport'

I agree with you 100% about Soccer, but I wouldn't say that "most" people who play American Football "aren't even in shape", and there are certainly a lot of world class athletes playing in the NFL. Sure, a lot of Offensive Lineman are big guys who could stand to lose a few pounds and tone up if they were held to different standards, but part of being on the o-line is being able to act like a wall to protect the QB, and who better than 5 behemoths to get that job done?

If anybody who hasn't seen these is interested, here are some links to ESPN's "Sports Science" series.

Melvin Ingram - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRfmcRCgOrQ

Larry Fitzgerald - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAjKaO2yGrs
