The House of Commons also paid tribute her Majesty.

The Government, and both houses are in agreement that the Entire Government shall convene in The Hall of Westminster, which was of course the original court room of the English Monarchy.

I believe they want to meet on Tuesday 20th, where they plan to present the Queen with some kind of tribute personally. They wish for an Audience with The Queen. Ironically, it rather gives the impression that her Government are giving her a Summons...usually its the otherway round

The Prime Minister pointed to her sense of humour

"on arriving at one occasion in Scotland she she noticed that the local lord lieutenant was having considerable trouble extracting both himself and his sword from the official car in order to perform the official introductions, whilst embarissed civil dignitaries cleared their throats the Queen cut straight through this seamingly insoluble ceremonial problem by walking up the the greeting line, hand outstretched with the words "my lord lieutenant appears to be having difficulty getting out of the car, so I had better introduce myself, Im The Queen"
