I was thinking when I first read this "who is Lorenzo Fer?".

Wow, Cain V and Frank Mir will be an awesome fight. I really like both of them a lot so it will be a nail-biter for sure. I also wondered what Rich Franklin was doing.

So Lorenzo is ripped? I've never seen him with his shirt off so I guess I'll have to take his word for it.

dude is huge and ripped .. when you have that much money with probably a private chef and trainer and access to the fountain of youth (human growth hormone) .. you have no reason to not look like that .. LOL .. so he'll have carpal tunnel syndrome, but i don't think he cares ...

Whats wrong with Dana? He looks pretty Built. Compare him now to the First Ultimate Fighter... He was like 150lbs and now he looks like he is eating "Horse Meat" like Allistar
