well, this is not a standard missed weigh in, it's 12 pounds.....but i realize that is the standard,,,,,, so officially vitor is getting 20 percent of the show purse, but who knows what is cooking off the books.... AJ might have had had half his purse forfeited for all we know, i just imagine vitor took care of himself.....

apparently he was suffering form a medical ondition and doctors gave him fluids for rehydration and thats why he was so over weight and the UFC were aware of the situation well before the weigh ins, and there was not enough time for the weight to be cut.

Not making excuses for the man, since this is not the first time, but health must come first.

Personally think if cutting causes you health issues maybe you shoud fight at you natural weight.

if he is really ill, he shouldnt be fighting, or weight cutting...and if this is a stunt to beat Belfort...me thinks it will backfire, he'll be heavier and less able to move out of the way.

Yes, and if he is "suffering from a medical condition", what is it, exactly? A pimple on his butt?

Seriously, if he is going to use that excuse and it is legitimate then he should disclose the "medical condition".

If I am not mistaken all the prelims are on FX this time. That is a free channel some places. Not here sadly.
