Gun ownership?

Man, when I go to NJ for work, there is nothing to do, everything closes early, some other things aren't permitted and now they have gun laws?????

Very strict state. Gun laws have been pretty restrictive here for a long time.

Go to Pennsylvania, i live in philly right now and just bought another gun (springfield XD .45) and it took 15mins lol, i walked into the store, filled out the paperwork, they called for the check, i paid and walked out....that was IT!!


i'm moving to NJ this summer (Cape May) and i'm dreading it because of the gun laws :(

No, Illinois actually SUCKS compared to other states. I lived in AZ for a while and the laws down there make the most sense to me out of all the laws I know of, or have heard about, in other states.

It's just a real pain to get them. 21 to own a handgun. It costs about $75 to request a long gun permit and then you have to have it approved by the police in your town before you can buy it. It can also take up to 90 days before you recieve the permit to go buy it.

You also need to purchase a rifle form everytime you want to buy another long gun.
