Don't forget using news corporations, like CNN and MSNBC, as propaganda machines.

I actually remember listening to a story about the Occupy Wall Street movement on CNN. The reporter was talking about how Occupy was a true grassroots movement, organized by average people who were simply fed up with our nation's way of doing business. Unlike that Tea Party, which was manufactured by professional protesters and a political party, faltering in public support and desperate to regain its former power.

I guess it's good to know that whatever CNN claims as fact, then the exact opposite is usually true.

I just assumed that they shipped all of those professional protesters over from Europe in order to kickstart the "grassroots" Occupy Wall Street movement here in the US.

damn canadians .. i am glad they broke up the occupy toronto a couple weeks ago .. i am all for protesting, but know what you are protesting against and what your mandate is .. just don't be an excuse to be a burden on society by hanging out, messing up the place and causing taxpayers to pay the clean up bill .. just dumb

Sheesh, they have more sense in Toronto than the druggies and homeless people here in the capitol, rnc. They are STILL camped out at the park around the lake surrounding the capitol building. It's free rent, that's why this bunch of losers are there.

I'd LOVE to see how the idiotic city council responds if I get a bunch of Tea Party people to put up tents on the capitol grounds and dig in...

that's basically it ... its probably 1% of the protesters who happen to be there for the 99% who actually care in the protest ... the rest of the 99% of the 99% are there for the free rent and meals being supplied by organizations ... did that even make sense?
