Forrest Griffin is the coverboy for "Undisputed" video game
Former UFC light heavyweight champion Forrest Griffin, the winner of the first season of "The Ultimate Fighter" and the victor of a 2005 fight with Stephan Bonnar that UFC President Dana White calls the most important bout in MMA history, has been tapped the coverboy for "UFC 2009 Undisputed."
The highly anticipated title will be the most realistic MMA video game ever developed, according to its developers at THQ.
The game, available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, is slated for a spring 2009 release.
"UFC 2009 Undisputed," the first title produced from a multi-year agreement with the UFC and THQ, features most of the organization's top stars, including Brock Lesnar, Randy Couture, Quinton Jackson, Chuck Liddell, Wanderlei Silva, Rich Franklin, Anderson Silva, Michael Bisping, Georges St. Pierre, Matt Hughes, Marcus Davis, B.J. Penn, Kenny Florian and Diego Sanchez.
