Yeah, I don't know how much it costs, so my post above was rather premature lol.

my guess is at least 200.00 Those bags without all the straps are not cheap. Then the shipping will be insane. But if it would get someone to work out who might not (like me for example) it is well worth it. It I had the finds I would get one in a flash. The nearest gym with cage fitness is like 75 miles away.

The promo video said something about having nothing offensive in one's video as part of the rules. I guess I shouldn't include any "shirtless before" photos.



Anyway...
Sometimes you can improvise other bags or materials for the standard equipment. Sometimes. Get creative.
