Throwing

hey yall. Just wondering if anyone on here while in highschool did track and did any kind of shot/ discus throwing. Im trying to find some music for when i throw discus cause you have to be really relaxed.

I ran track (cross country, triple jump, The Mile-Haha) but back in my day we just had portable cassette players and those things bounced an awful lot if you ran with them on. I guess I could have used a good old "boom box" though and just made everyone listen with me.
