I'm whipping up some "Protein Shake Ice Cream" right now. I got an ice cream maker for Christmas and I love it.

Here are the ingredients:

1 cup fat free milk (I use Lactaid)
2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas
3 scoops of peanut butter
3 heaping scoops of Muscle Milk chocolate powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips

It's churning up right now. I can't wait to try it.

Oh man we had an ice bream maker when I was a kid and we used to fire it up out in the garage in the summer. Nothing beats the homemeade.

I think the heavy cream is messing with my stomach though. Should have just used the lactaid. <fart>

And just to add what Sugar Shane said about cleansing the liver. It is very important! Cranberry Juice is very good! You can also drink prune juice. Plus, prune juice is loaded with potassium, 1 cup equals 15% of your daily requirement. Sunsweet Gold Label is a good brand. No added suger, no preservatives! All Natural!
