The problem is, that some of the people doing this are influenced by beings that KNOW that GOD exists and simply do not wish his name to be spoken.

There is power in words...Afterall...GOD SPOKE Creation into being...The truth is...IF GOD didnt exist, it wouldnt matter if you said his name or not...therefore, why go out of your way to change a text that doesnt matter...UNLESS there is something in it...unless it DOES matter...unless someone wants you to believe he doesnt exist, and is going out of their way to remove him.

I'm not blaming anyone at NBC...I'm telling you that...in effect, NBC is under attack, and those who make decisions are being persuaded (probably unknowingly, and therefore also against their active will.

Im sure your first instinct is to think im making a mountain out of a molehill at best...and am concers at worst...but this happens all the time. Its a constant war, and anyone who is weak in faith, or without faith, can be unknowingly influenced.

Did I mean good for NBC for cutting out the words "under god, indivisible" or did I mean good for NBC for apologizing about upsetting viewers? All replies assume the first without any thought that it could mean the latter.

Personally I feel that I am not included it the pledge in it's present form due to the addition of the words under god. I don't and won't pledge to anything that requires me to have a belief in or be subordinate to a god.

Interesting that the pledge was written by a socialist minister, yet didn't include anything about any god in the original form.
Perhaps we could change it again to this.

The New Pledge
Might I add, a minister that was later pressured into leaving the church he was pastoring because of his unbiblical beliefs and theology!
