Good.
Sad thing is, these laws shouldn't even be necessary. If we could enforce our existing laws these practices would already be happening. |

That law allows police to ask about immigration status when questioning suspects in certain criminal investigations.
i think this is all you have to know if you are against it .. cops aren't gonna be able to ask anyone walking down the street if they can produce a passport or greencard or whatever just cuz they have an accent or dark skin .. |

Exactly. It's the same thing people were complaining about with Arizona's law. They were screaming racism when the obvious solution is to not break the law and you won't be questioned.

Wish Kentucky would pass a law like that! As for racist I don't see how. It can be used against any and all races!

We partied at out house last night celebrating this! My husband and his friend have just started their own business and we are praying this cuts back on cheap (and crappy) contractors in our area and open doors for good work for them!
Now if we could just get him to cut the budgets in areas besides education I might vote for him again. |
