The ground is finally dry enough to start planting, so Mark spent this morning planting corn in one of Matt's fields. I took a few photos and I'll try to get some more while Mark's in the field and post them here over the next few weeks.

I don't know if it has a technical name, but they just call it a planter. Those yellow containers with the black lids are what holds the seeds and he's planting corn.

I wish I had stopped today during my ride through the country in good 'ol SC. I passed a good many fields that were planted with wheat and corn. Riding the Harley through the country is such a great experience, and seeing things like the fields makes me feel so good about where I live.
I'm riding tomorrow, so maybe I can snap a few photos..
