I have a buddy who is very serious when it comes to body building. He called me the other day and asked if I was still doing mma and I said no. He was sooo excited because he said now I can get serious about lifting. I told him he was a jerk but that's another story. He came down from the town he lives in about 30 miles away and decided to change my lifting routine. He got me started on this thing called "DC Training". I was a little iffy but I trust by buddy and I said I would give it a shot. That was less than 2 weeks ago and I will forever be a supporter of this routine. I may not do it forever because I dont want to put on that much size but wow. It works.
