yeah, i was talking to frank at the xyience after party when he was here in toronto ... he didn't seem like he was fired up at the fact that he had to fight a friend, but knew how important this fight is .. i think roy nelson takes this (of course i didn't tell him that .. LOL)

War Mir!!!!!!! I love Frank and his wife they are both so down to earth!! That's cool you got to hang out with him. He is very good to his fans..

LOL .. he was the second fighter that i have met ... the first being matt serra when he was up here doing a promo for the second gsp fight.. LOL .. and i also met wanderlei the same night i talked to frank .. so that is my list .. hahaha

It sucks! I guess though in the end I would rather have an injured fighter get better than not perform at his best due to injury..
