Throwing my first fight

Well . .throwing my first fight here in Virginia. It's been hard getting through to my city. Charlottesville was very against MMA. the fact I'm having it in the biggest high school gym is a big step in the right direction. If any of you are close would love to have you come out.

I have to admit when I first read your thread title I thought a) I didn't know you were competing and b) why would you "throw" the fight??

Yeah, I gotta be honest, my first reaction was "If you're gonna throw it, don't go announcing that to the whole friggin' world!!!!!

I'll be there, along with my little brother. His birthday's that weekend, so this will make a great gift for him. We'll be leaving straight from our Pre-mission trip workday to drive up there!

He's promoting it. You should check out his site, it's really well done & he's got a great interview on there discussing it. The hosts of the show were smart enough not to interupt him with random question, 'cause Boom just laid it all out for them perfectly, no prompting needed!
