This is insane. Nonito Donaire beat a guy who isn't even a future hall of famer in rd 2 the other night and he gets put at #3? These guys need to lay off the crack. The guy has a very bright future, but who has he really beaten?

Donaire is legit, and he's been on everybody's radar for a long time. His last 9 fights have been against stiff competition and he has disposed of them all handily just as he has been doing to all his competition since 2001.

No argument with him being ranked in the top 5, or even being ranked number 3 at this point.

Agreed but I would put Martinez and Marquez ahead of him.

I think JuanMa Lopez will dispatch of him. The fight is being discussed a lot. Would be a pretty big event for the smaller guys. Biggest really since Pac/Barerra/Morales/Marquez were all there.

I can't believe the ref let it continue after that. The leg shaking should have been enough of a trigger.

I don't have a problem with it.

He gave him a chance to continue because he made it up, but he stopped it immediately when Doniare just unloaded on him quickly with no real look of intelligent defense. I'll admit, there would have been no complaints had he called it right there on the spot, but he gave him a chance, and didn't let it get too out of hand.

Yeah, but the leg shaking he experienced is evidence of a seizure. Kudos to him for getting up, but it was a bad decision by the ref IMO.
