Dana doesn't get to withhold a win purse arbitrarily. If Silva's got no win bonus, that means that in his contrct, all his fight money is gauranteed up front. He was going to get that $200k period. It's not a case of whether or not Dana was happy, but rather how his contract was negotiated months (years?) ago.

And clearly Dana must have been at least a little happy with him, because Anderson got a $75k KOotN bonus.

AND in all the post fight interviews Dana was positively giddy about Silva's performance.

Some of them like Silva made nice money. Others need to renegotiate thier contract. Of course that might be easier for the winner's! On a side note Franklin really needs to string togather a couple of wins so he can get payed better. It seems a shame for a former Champ to only make 75 when other big names are makeing at least 100!

He's one of the guy that might get a percentage of PPV buys. Not sure, but I'll bet he walks out with a lot more than we think. which he should.
