Default Cage Fitness featured on The Biggest Loser 1/18

So...I was watching The Biggest Loser (no I wasn't looking in a mirror...)
and for those of you who don't watch, each weeke someone gets voted off. They then show them and how they are getting along at home with their continued weight loss. The guy that got voted off last night had lost about 60+ pounds. they showed him working out with his daughter and they were wearing Cage Fitness shirts and doing the routine at a local gym.

I thought it was very cool!

i noticed that too. he had his daughter in there working out with him. as a parent the biggest problem i have with going to the gym is what to do with the kids while I'm there. its cool they welcome kids to come and work out with the parents

You gain 9 pounds by drinking about a gallon of water in an effort to throw the weigh in. He wanted to go home so he gained on purpose. I think the brother gained along with him so he could count the extra weight loss (by simply pissing it out) the following week. He knew his brother wanted to go home and wasn't worried about getting the vote.

They do have some great workout ideas on that show. That's the main reason I watch it. I want to buy some 2" diameter rope to do those rope swing workouts. They look awesome for shoulders and cardio.

The new coaches are getting great results with an MMA style workout I noticed.

Yeah, this is Jillian's last season. Not sure about Bob. They need people to like the new trainers so they keep watching next season. I do think they're doing a good job. MMA workouts are great because they are effective but they're also motivating. Thinking about having to fight someone is really good motivation to keep working hard.
