off topic is it just me or does muscle milk taste just like equate meal replacement shake. are they similare in what makes them up (Iam out of equate so cant realy look it up)

but that's not the point... what I was going to say is:
I believe wrestling just ended for you so perhaps you should take a week or two and let your body heal a little?
My son just finished his first year wrestling and that's what his coach told him anyway.
