Is he a mexican citizen???... Only then can he be called the first mexican hw champion... country your born in is irevelant... Look at the olympics... People are always representing countrys just cuss its where there heritage is from... didnt mike piazza represent italy in the world baseball classic? case closed!!!

Sorry.. unless he gives up the US citizenship.. he is American..

Where you are born may be irrelevant to some.. but not to those born in the states,,

How were you born in all those places? I was born in Spain but my ancestry is mixed, mostly Swedish, Danish and eastern European.
