i know machida got the victory, but i think bj pulled out the decision ... machida did nothing really ... not saying bj kicked his ass ... and for someone who i naturally three classes lighter, machida shoulda beat him senseless .. but whatever ..

ok.. not trying to argue.. but losing is losing...

Decsision/KO/TKO/Quitting on the Stool.. still goes down as a "L".

it depends how you look at it .. i look at it as BJ taking the first rounds easily and (it's been a while since I have scene it) but him taking a close third round .. i also saw matt hamill taking the first ... the second and third were closer, but hamill still won one of them ...

you're the first person I've heard that thought BJ deserved the decision over Machida.

even in that fight BJ did not try and match Machida's size though. BJ came into that fight at 191 and Machida was 220.

No disrespect to Matt, but the size is not always an advantage. Pac was outweighed 17 pounds on fight night vs. Margarito last Saturday and we all know how that fight went. It's all about who wants it more. Sounds like Penn is taking this fight seriously if his weight is 165. Good for him!
