1st rd TKO.
Please tell me that was a joke. Brock Lesnar submitted him. Roy's BJJ is light years ahead of both Brocl and Shane. Carwin has a punchers chance and Shane is a better wrestler but has proven he has no cardio. Roy wins this via submission if Carwin does not KO him in the first 2 rounds

I would like to see Roy win that fight against Carwin, but at 6'0 and a 74" reach against a guy that is 6'3 and has an 80" reach......does not look good on paper.
Wrong.

Stefan is 20-4. The kid has heart. roy is a better fighter then people give him credit for

You answered your own question.

Nelson is under Renzo.. not an easy feet.. but I have yet to see him apply it.

One fight show no cardio?? OK, If you say.

I say Nelson has not fought anyone with Carwins power.

well.. I kinda disagree there.. he has much potential.

Look at Roys record. The people he loses to.. are good fighters... fighters on his level or a littel higher...

the people he wins against, for the most part.. don't have the best records.

Why does everyone seem to think Roy has such good cardio?

Did I miss something?

Despite what he looks like, Roy doesn't gas out. At least, he hasn't in his previous fights. He also has one hell of a chin, so I think he can survive Carwin's initial storm. Hopefully Roy gets a takedown early and doesn't try to stand and bang.

I was about 20 ft from him during his fight with Struve.. Didn't seem to worn about between rounds..

Has has cardio.. no doubt.. but that won't keep him conscious.

Kinda funny when you look at Carwin's and Nelson's record..

Nelson is a BJJ black belt under Renzo, with a record of 15-5 and 5 wins by submission.. and two fights going to the judeges..

Carwin is not ranked in BJJ, has a record of 13-1 and 5 wins via a sub. and no fights going to the judges...

Shane pounded out Frank Mir

Which fighter at Mir's level has Roy beat?

Of course that's just MMA math.. but it is somethign to consider.
