Matt Serra has a video blog for ufc 119

I like his new gym, looks really good.
Thought it was funny trash was falling out of his car.
It was kind of funny his striking coach was late and rather than wrap his hands and warm up, he sat outside.
Seems flattering that he would have a picture of his and Matt's fight up in his gym. In fairness, Serra is a tough guy but Matt is tougher, he should be happy he made the full 15. Hell Ricardo didn't make it out of the first lol.
Car push is a good idea, mix it up.


Over all sort of what you expect from a Serra blog.
