Ahhhh, you beat me to it!

I love reading the Gracie Insider. It's basically just a weekly infomercial, but there's still good info in there & you're right: the breakdowns are always right on point.

I'm a little shocked they didn't break down the Farmaconda, though!

Haha, exactly!!

TBH, I'd really like to see them break it down. They're teaching ability is really on par (if not better, IMO) with their BJJ skills & I'd like to better understand what happened.

I mean, obviously, I understand the basics: force your bicep & his bicep into his carotids & he goes to sleep. But they do such a great job of going to the 2nd & 3rd levels to explain why this detail was vital in this case, whereas it would be superfluous in another.

What I want to see broken down is the way he changed his body position after sinking it in. I would love to see Matt teach that one in one of his seminars.

I'm sure he will. If it's not on his lesson plan, I'm sure he'll get asked in every class.
