true, but you always see the videos of him throwing with high school and college aged kids, so I figured the possibility was there

Oh, it totally could be, but kids are different and you have different level of expectation at that level. When it comes to the pros, coaches expect a lot more out of their guys and it can be hard if the guy you are coaching just doesn't have the "It" factor like you did.

i meant start coaching high school or college and if he liked it and was good, maybe then he could progress to the pros, shouldn't get fast tracked straight to the NFL, coaching isn't an easy thing to do, he would need experience first

Yeah, that is one route to take, but he has been in the league for 19 years. If he really were to want to be a pro coach, I would think he would probably start off as a QB coach for a pro team and then work into being an assistant, then ultimately a head coach.
