If I remember correctly they only tend to talk about 2 fights when they show the video for the next UFC. Im sure once they have a full length hype video Matt will be part of it.

I remember that. They went from promoting it as "the most dominant welterweight champion in the history of the sport vs. the UFC legend" to "the UFC legend vs. the current title holder."

thats because they needed to make it look like Roids had a shot. If they promoted the fight the way they should have it would have been, "The most dominant WW champ of all times takes on some guy who has not done **** since being forced to face real competition" and lets face it, that type of a push does not sell many tickets.

s soon as Fitch/Alves was announced as the C-M, I knew they were going to be down-playing Matt.
