I have a lot of respect for Steven's astounding accomplishments in aikido and all he's done for animals. He obviously has a great work ethic, I wonder why he's kind of let himself go physically...

Are the things Steven is showing Anderson legal to use in mma?

I never realized just how "accomplished" he was 'til I saw a biography about him last year. It was very interesting. I came away with a whole new view of him.

He was very thin when he was young.

for a lot of athletes all it takes to get fat is to slow down on the training.... I mean you could take twins, one trains into his mid 30's the other doesnt...

Bonnie, I was reading up on him too and he has done so many impressive things. I really do admire him (suntereo knows I was just trying to push his buttons, lol).

From what I understand, those accusations amount to a shakedown for the big $$. I hope that's the case, I know he's a ladies man but I seriously doubt he has to enslave anyone.

I wondered the same thing, those techniques looked pretty gnarly and Anderson yelped several times when Steven demonstrated some of those moves on him!
