He needed a team of people to remove the glove from his hand after breaking his arm

Fighters having help with the removal of their gloves and wraps is fairly common. Especially with a broken arm or hand.

If I am not mistaken, the gloves and the wraps need to be removed and inspected by the commission after the fight anyway.

I don't know about that. I have seen fighters get there gloves cut off in the cage. They have to be inspected (wraps and tape) then the gloves before they walk out.

Wow, he's being really brave, plus he's still up from the win so I imagine that helps deaden the pain somewhat. Although I was rooting for Chuck I'm happy for Rich and hope he can continue his winning ways! Maybe it was my imagination but, after the 2nd loss to Anderson, I always felt during a fight he had that "deer-in-the-headlights" look about him. Good to see him looking and sounding so confident.

WAR RICH!
