I wish I was able to hit the bike today but I spent the first half of the day at the USMC recruiting office in Orlando with my son Christian and the second half throwing up while in bed in the fetal position with one of the worst migraines I've ever had. I just woke up a little bit ago with a pounding headache rather than a migraine so I'm grateful for that!!

I feel for you man. I hate migraines. I wish for speedy death at times. Puking typical starts the relief but not always. Do you know your tigger? For years I was clueless and then I was in a research study at a headache clinic. There they discovered my trigger and I went from 1 a month to 1 every 6 months if I aviod agrravating my trigger. Praying for you man
