That is practically 2x a week.

Nobody would buy 100 events a year, nobody would buy 50.
People would watch the free ones, buy 4 or 5 and thats it.

Either way they don't have the talent to do 100 events a year,
not even almost. They're at a huge stretch doing 25 - 30 a year.
The UFC won't pass 50 shows a year without a huge drop in sales per show.

I think of it more like MLB... they play a few thousand games a year but even the die hard fans don't tune in to all of them...

I imagine it would be something more akin to regional or international shows... North America would watch one event... the UK would watch another etc, etc.. so the number of PPV's we watch here in the US might not change at all.

That's just my take/guess on it though... I could be way off.
The trouble with that set up is that fans are still going to want to see the other cards. It would be great to have more shows but like J.B said the quality of the product will suffer. Plus it would be weird watching a show without the usual commentary team!

The UFC really need to go slowly.

I believe there are more then enough fighters to have 100 shows a year, however, it does mean more fighters, fighting more often...Fighters seem to live at UFC level on three fights a year...well Bellator are practically holding a small card every single week at present...its small, but its constant, Rotation of fighters would be good...instant rematch for poor Rua took nearly nine months, I would expect an upping to maybe four.

BUT I would hold back on the spread. For a start, this stupid United Arab Emerites business, is a sincere worry to me. TUF needs to be thoroughly re-developed. If I was the UFC, then I would NOT go into Asia, until I have REGULAR outlets in Europe (one in Germany, three in England over the whole companies existance simply isnt enough) You need to start getting, one a month in the US, One a month in Europe, One a month in England, and One a Month in either Canada, or Australia. You need your Versus events more regular, they need to be as regular as UFN, which also needs upping.

Finally...I want to see the introduction of a seasonal tournement...and maybe a Nursary for UFC/WEC

Finally...NEVER put different events on at the same night in a different place! not EVER...Not unless you are really going to do a coordinated thing

Your aim, if you expand at all in the next three years, is to have all your stuff available in other languages, and marketted to other cultures, and to have every single State in America legalized...You dont want to be in Hong Kong, until that is done

You rise to far, to fast, you'll blow it all.

Thats what you need to build on

Obviously they need to ammend figures...if they drop their figures people will buy.

I think one big show a month Free, I think cut the cost by half one WEC events, Quater on all other events, only keep your numbered events the same. CUT the price of your live audience...increase merchandize, and increase offers...Start to reward fans that buy a certain number with the ability to get discounts...use your brain, be inventive...honnest to GOD I should be on a bloody 60K plus a year job I am so f****** wasted

Your plan isn't too bad, and I agree that they need to take it slow.

If they expand to fast too soon the quality of the product will surely decline.
