Good point, would love to see Roy square off against Mir, that'd be a great fight!

We all know Roy tries to do the least ammount of work in a fight. He usess BJJ and GNP on strikers and stands up with good graplers. Roy will win with ease.

It would be a awesome fight because they both have great ground games and they both have ego's the size of Teaxas.

His build has no bearing on his fighting. His cardio was better then alot on the show. So just because he has keg instead of a six pack dies nto make him a lower quality fighter. You gut tells you that because it is true. A glorified kick boxer wiht no ground game cannot beat a Roy.

How? Roys BJJ is better then Mir's as was evident at Grapplers quest. His stand up has been proven in his last 2 fights. Kongo has not did squat. SO how do you concluded Kongo is higher calliber.

Roy Nelson has fought two callibres lately...and he lost to both; Andre Arlovski and Jeff Monson. I wouldnt be so sure that he's as good on the ground as Mir either.

Cheick Kongo on the other hand has only been submitted by Frank Mir, and has wins over the likes of Mirko Crocop and Paul Buentello, his loss to Cain Velasquez was decision, so he wasnt finished.

He's only been finished twice in 22 fights...so I dont think a fat guy like Roy Nelson will finish him. On the ground, Roy MIGHT win a decision victory...but here is what I think. Roy is going to try to do exactly what you expect in the first...he'll fail with the submission attempt and shortly there after majorly gas. By the time of the third round he'll either have been finished, or he'll loose the decision.
