I wondered about that too. TMV must stake out (or "stalk" out, whichever the case may be) high profile homes. Creepy.

They probably monitor a police scanner. They also pay for information about stories so they probably have stringers in the police office.

Depending on if Jenna pushes for it and how badly she was injured, since he is a professional fighter the DA could upgrade charges to assault with a deadly weapon or probably charge him with the highest degree of domestic violence. I don't care for Tito, but I'm really suprised. Wonder what Dana and/or Chuck will come out and say?
In some states, SC for example, once an arrest has been made for domestic violence, it is no longer a matter of the victim wanting to press charges or not. The state takes the case and will prosecute it, with or without the victims cooperation. The reason being is the circle of violence involved with domestic violence and relationships. Basically, three phases that repeat in a never ending cycle until one of them is dead.

Tension - violent arguing with pleads from the victim to stop
Physical - violent physical abuse
Honeymoon - apology, affection, etc. She takes him back (or he takes her back)

Cycle repeats over and over again.

Does anybody know the difference between misdemenor DV and Felony DV?
Generally, and it can vary from state to state, but misdemeanor would be a first offense with minor injuries that didn't result in great bodily injury. Felonies can occur within this first offense if the victim is injured beyond a basic assault, and the injuries are life threatening. The difference in gender can play a role in the severity of the charges, as well as physical training, i.e MMA fighter... etc.

I could go into a LOT more detail, but that is the basic crash course.

That makes sense, PTM, I didn't think about that.

Darn, and here I thought I had a good topic to call in to the Medved show for "Conspiracy Day".

Yes, I heard that too, philips, but I didn't think Tito was that high profile.

I know Jenna is the victim in all this but she sure seems to enjoy being in front of the camera... 3 different videos where she's cooperated fully with the paparazzi.....

Interesting...

I guess that's a consolation for getting her ass kicked...
I'm sure that's exactly what she was thinking while he was beating on her. I'm sure she enjoyed every bit of it.

Tito's always been garbage...this is just the pinnacle of the iceberg. I hate to see a woman get hurt, but if this gets Tito out of the UFC, there will have been some upside to it.

I must admit thouth, parading teh twins out in front of the camera like that was a trashy thing to do.
