There can be no puttin Cain down anymore. This guy (although I've believed it for a while now) is the real deal. Brock, Shane and Frank better be looking over their shoulders, because Cain's a killer. (No pun intended.)

Well, I gotta say I didn't see the Nog KO coming, at least not that early. I still don't think he will handle any of the three big boys quite that easilly of the feet, but no one really knows until the cage door slams shut!

he may be able to beat mir on the feet. in fact i think he would have a good chance at doing just that.
