WHO Really dislikes Sonnan

Is it just me as I even want to see GSP outwrestle this idiot and loud mouth. I hope Silva destroys this guy. Silva is way better than Vitor, and i really hope he lays a beating on this guy.

I like the guy. Not sure of all of his political thoughts though I know he is a Republican. He seems like a nice guy from what I have gathered. I need to read up on what he stands for before I can make an accurate assessment of his views.

I like him..I don't know too much about him, but he don't seem so bad..yet....

He talks a bunch of crap about Anderson Silva and others in the sport, and then towards the end of the article he says this.

“It’s like when [ex-UFC welterweight champion] Matt Hughes was king of the world. Matt Hughes fought two guys in the top 10 ever, and they both beat him. So, if you want to say the guy’s [Silva] great, fine, but who’s he beat? He’s going to have to fight somebody. And it might as well be me.”

I hope Silva knocks him out to be honest. Then he can go back to being a politician.

Yes it is. He is bashing Matt by trying to downplay his accomplishments, plain and simple. Also, what he said is just a flat out lie.

At first I disliked the guy,but after watching his domination of Okami and Nate I really am impressed with his fighting skills..Now him being a Republican well I won't hold that against him

Buddy, you're being too sensitive. I didn't read that as downplaying Matt's accomplishments, he was making a point that was in fact, true. He even said Matt was king of the world, sounds like he was just comparing to all the hype surrounding AS. Of course, he forgot about BJ Penn who was top tier as a WW I'm sure.

AS beat Hendo, Rich and Marquardt...Chael beat Marquardy and Fihlo who I believe was regarded as top ten...I'm not sure Chael needs to prove his record to talk crap. It's what many fighters do isn't it?
