There is also discussion about the year of Christ's birth. Were you interested in the day of the year, the year, or both?

clues are:

There were shepherd in the field. This was done typically in the spring and fall. They would hunker down in the summer and winter months

The census was taken by Rome Historically this was always done in best travel months (March-May)

The astrology sign the magi followed. History records it occurence on or about mid year 4 CB. The calendar was based on reigns not so much on dates.

I did not read the other post so if this was a repeat I apologize.

So more then likely he was born spring or fall of 4 BC

Tabbernackles....my best guess would be Tabbernackles...which would be in the fall...because Jesus died at passover...and there is a nother major festival about the Harvest...Feast of The Tabbernackles...I reckon that is probably when he was born
