good job Dave!
Just curious.......do you read the labels on the food that you are eating? Sometimes people don't realize how much sugar or salt or carbs something has until they see it on the label. Carbs, if you don't use them up, get stored as fat. Eating every two hours but eating protein mainly or protein with a few carbs will keep your energy up and won't make you crash and then feel tired and end up craving carbs and eating more of them. And protein can be expensive, but eggs are a good source. and they don't usually cost that much. Yogurt isn't too bad either. |

Dave I think the English wording makes your food out like it's a lot more than maybe you do eat?? I am just utterly confused with the lingo forgive me. Either way damn it don't let anyone get to you just take the advice out of it and go forward. It's the internet so it's very easy for people to be keyboard warriors...Everyone means well really...
