I actually made this thread to comment on the tribute to Michael Jackson but, since there is not a thread about it already, I figured all Grammy talk could go here.
Anyway, the "Earth Song" tribute in 3D was cool, but I didn't think they needed to have other singers trying to sing that song along with Michael. I also wish I had known it was gonna be in 3D because watching that without the glasses gave me a headache. Regardless, it was cool. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AuQpvQoD9g4 Then, Paris and Prince actually spoke, which was surprising. The one thing I really took away from what Prince said was his voice. The timbre and diction of his voice when he said; "we will continue to spread his message, and help the world", sounded so much like MJ that it gave me chills. That is definitely Michael's child in my opinion. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQ6Fyp8b6zI |

I wasnt able to watch it when it was on but I do have it DVR'd. Hopefully I can watch tonight. I do have sooo much sympathy for MJ's children. They've lived such a strange life already being in the spotlight all the time and now its only going to get worse. Ive always been a MJ fan.

I didn't see the show, but I heard Pink's performance was really something.
