Mac was doing a job in Deadwood, 2005, the first year they allowed mtn. lion hunting again, only 9 tags was issued that year. Was going to the job on the other side of Deadwood mtn. driving thru Lead, SD. when can up on a house with police out front and a bunch of people, there was a mtn. lion on the roof of this house lookin at everyone, the cops didnt want to shoot it so one of the inspectors on the job I was working on had a tag so I called him and he came over and baged the lion with his tag. And it was a whopper.
