Anyone have any ideas how long before the fight I should stop lifting weights? I'm about a month away right now.

not sure about the weights. one of the other folks will have to chime in. I think as long as you give yourself time to completely recover.

Standard practice with our fighters is to train hard until about one week before the fight. The final week, just cardio with light bag work. Nothing that will strain your muscles or possibly get you injured, but still keep your cardio strong.
