How do you feel

Well pooh! I was all hyped up about softball & i go and hurt myself! Apparently 95 shots at the batting cage wasn't what my shoulder / upper arm muscles wanted to do last night & now I'm in a sling & can't play for at least 2 weeks. I'm bummed. I wanted to be practicing.

That happened to me before only it was from throwing a ball to a Golden Retriever. I even had to get 2 Cortisone shots. Yep, when we wanna get down we get down don't we?
