I vote not a ginger because his chest hair isn't red.

My brother is very blonde but grows a red beard so I tend to look at the hair on top of the head and chest hair to determine gingeriness. For Matt to be a ginger in my book he'd have to have all RED hair, freckles, burn in the sun easily, and have no soul.
