Default finaly made 154

It took me 3 months to finaly get down there from 180 but I did. I wasnt even that fat at 180. Iam currently sitting at about 5-6% fat at 5'9" Iam realy big (strong) for my weight in wrestling I just hope I can keep it down till my first mma fight some time this spring. how much do people normaly cut for amature mma fights.

Most of the local fights around here weigh ins are same day as the fights,
so the cutting is very minimal.

Sweet then I'll be one of the biggest at my weight all I need is an hour or so to get fluids back in me
umm what do you count as minimum what would most 155er walk at.
