Hanging a Heavy Bag

Very good. Is the bottom chain anchored to the floor when in use? That will help keep it from swinging too much - great idea.

No, I didn't attach it to the floor for three reasons:

1. My dad parks his truck there & the anchor point would be right under his wheel. Not so good.
2. I'm too lazy to drill/screw into actual concrete
3. I can't afford the seperate 40lb anchor that Everlast sells.

I figure I can just use the swinging of the bag as a way to help with my footwork/circling/picking my shots/etc.
